Taylor Burdick

Senior Attorney for SLS, PLLC

Taylor L. R. Burdick is a citizen of the Muskogee Creek Nation. He is a member of the 2014 class of the Pre-law Summer Institute (PLSI) and returned in 2015 to be a teaching assistant. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2017 with a certificate in Indian Law. Taylor has dedicated his entire career to working with and for tribes throughout the United States. Taylor specializes in family law matters, including child welfare, custody, child support, and domestic abuse. Additionally, Taylor has experience with contracts in healthcare, education, and employment. He has worked on trademarks and copyrights, drafted articles for newsletters, and spoken at conferences. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys outdoor activities, watching sports, cooking, and playing with his dog, Benny.
